Lamborghini planning more off-road models like Huracan Sterrato
The Huracan Sterrato has been a decent success for Lamborghini. Buoyed by the response, the brand is now planning a follow-up model. It could be a similar off-road supercar based on the Temerario.
Federico Foschini, Head of Sales and Marketing at Lamborghini, stated that there’s clear demand for niche models like the Sterrato. But it’s not just off-road supercars. “We are always looking for crazy things in all dimensions,” he said.
A rugged, go-anywhere version of the Temerario with rear-wheel drive can’t be ruled out. A spicier version of the Urus, though, seems like a no-brainer.
Foschini also hinted at a more hardcore version of the Revuelto. Perhaps something along the lines of the Fenomeno. The limited-edition model, while based on the Revuelto, features a V12 hybrid tuned to produce 1065 hp and 793 lb-ft of torque, making it the most powerful Lambo ever.
