Gordon Murray Special Vehicles Le Mans GTR supercar is already sold out

Gordon Murray Special Vehicles (GMSV) revealed two new supercars at The Quail. We have already covered the Le Mans tribute S1 LM in an earlier post. The other model was the Le Mans GTR, inspired by longtail racecars from the 1970s through to the 1990s.

According to GMSV, the Le Mans GTR borrows cues from icons like the Matra-Simca MS660, Porsche 917, and Alfa Romeo Tipo 33/3. It is said to blend road-going capability with track-inspired precision.

The Le Mans GTR features enhanced Passive Boundary Layer Control for low drag, an aero-balanced front splitter, deep side skirts, a twin-channel rear diffuser and a full-width rear wing.

GMSV Le Mans GTR-3

It has a more track-focused interior compared to the T.50, and features a new dash with redesigned switches and dials, new seat cushioning and reworked pedals.

GMSV Le Mans GTR-5

Powering the Le Mans GTR is a GMA V12 engine that revs to 12,100 rpm. It is paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. The supercar has stiffer and lighter suspension, a wider track, larger Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires, improved cooling and optimised weight distribution.

GMSV Le Mans GTR-4

GMSV is building only 24 examples of the Le Mans GTR. The car is currently under development, and the first customer car is expected to roll out in 2026. While the company hasn’t disclosed the price, all units have been sold out already.
