Looking for a luxury penthouse in Miami? Pagani Residences in North Bay Village is definitely worth checking out. In fact, the developer has announced an attractive offer which could be too hard to resist.
Developed by Riviera Horizons, Pagani Residences is a 30-storey tower located in Biscayne Bay. It has 70 units, of which 40% have already been sold, mostly to existing Pagani owners. Horacio Pagani himself plans to take a residence at this property.
The tower features two duplex penthouses priced at around $30 million each. Now for the interesting bit – each of these penthouses is being offered with a Pagani Utopia Roadster “Miami Edition” worth more than $3 million. Buyers will have the advantage of skipping the three-year waiting list.
With just 130 examples planned for production, the Utopia Roadster is a rare supercar. Getting an allocation has been almost impossible for some, which makes this offer by Pagani Residences even more enticing.
