  • Mayo Clinic on line plan – $5 a week billed quarterly ($65.00)
  • Mayo Clinic on line plan is recipes, guidance, but no food
  • South Beach Plan – per day $9.89 for women, $11.21 for men
  • bistr0MD has a variety of meal plans between $134.96 and $89.96 a week

Those quotes are shown today on The Consumers Advocate site.

    Hello Dee, wow did not know this service existed! Thank you for this. I giggled when I saw take out the white foods. So true, no nutrients left. And you are so right, it is in the seasonings that really make the dish. We all want taste, yes?

      Hi Ariel. There are so many doctors who advise us to dump the grains! It’s hard after a life time of bread-with-everything. Yet not only is it good for weight loss but it is a very anti-inflammatory diet too. Thanks for your thoughts!

    This sounds pretty good, we have been looking for ways to eat more healthy and to move away from the quick and easy meals that you throw into the microwave.
    Don’t mind cooking, I’ve just had trouble coming up with healthy recipes, so this would be ideal.

      Hi Kim. I think we all need a new infusion of recipes from time to time. Even more so if we’re cutting out items like breads and pastas that are so easy to season. Yet all those sauces and gravies can go on vegetables too! Cheers.
