Eat Healthy Recipes In One Package
Have you been wanting for a while to get back to the eat healthy recipes lifestyle? (Or have you ever been there?) The yummy meals where you can have your choice of almost all foods?
How would you like weight loss meals where you can put butter on your steamed vegetables? Or make a delicious bearnaise or alfredo sauce? (But not for pasta, sorry!)
The good news is here for you. With some re-training in the kitchen, and not a whole lot, you can enjoy food and lose weight.
I said this to a friend recently and he looked me square in the eye and said “Find me some easy cook meals!”
I had to laugh and asked him “What are ‘easy cook meals’? Is that a new line of frozen foods?”
No, he informed me, because he already ate those. So easy to microwave and eat out of the plastic container while the video game is going. Those are ‘easy cook meals’.
And that’s why he wailed at me!
“I Wanna Lose 50 Pounds!“
The Best Way To Lose 50 Pounds
Because the No Nonsense Ted package is the best in many ways, I recommend it whenever someone asks me.
- What’s the best way to lose 10 pounds fast
- What is the best way to lose 10 pounds
- What is the best diet to lose 50 pounds
And so on, depending on their need for speed, and number of pounds to lose.
Firstly, stop eating the white foods – details HERE.
Secondly, get the lifestyle changer diet plan that feeds you plenty of nutrition where you’ll lose weight without feeling hungry all the time.
I mean, don’t you hate that? Constantly battling hunger?
You know since I got the No Nonsense plan for myself, it’s gotten a whole lot easier.
‘Easy Cook Meals’
Definition: My friend’s name for 1 pot, or 1 pan, throw it all in there and cook dinner :). Or just nuke it!
Are you a gourmet cook? And need to lose weight? I don’t call myself gourmet by any stretch or delusion of my imagination, but I am pretty handy with spices and seasonings because – I like food!
You don’t have to be a gourmet cook or even a good cook to lose weight. Yet, you (or someone near you) will cook.
And with the No Nonsense Ted package you will have plenty of recipes and meal plans to choose from.
There is somewhat of a learning curve if you’ve never prepared your own food. That’s a good thing because this plan is really not a diet – it is a lifestyle that you will get really good at and share with your family and friends.
One way it has become easier is that you can now buy Cauliflower Rice in a bag, or Broccoli Rice in a bag.
Another goodie you may like is ready-to-use Shaved Brussel Sprouts. Yum!
These are things that can go into a QUICK stir fry with ground turkey, ground beef (get the grass fed!) or chopped chicken – or a vegetarian mix.
And using one of those things replaces the rice portion of a typical quick to prepare dinner. And you won’t be hungry.
Because you can eat these with:
- Chopped vegetables
- Choice of protein
- Fried with coconut oil
- Add condiments like sour cream, or grated cheeses
- Make crunchy with nuts
You can also scramble these rice substitutes with eggs at breakfast. And have a little sour cream with it, or scramble in some sliced almonds or crushed walnuts.
Because seriously, don’t you miss the CRUNCH? I sure do.
Super Bowl Food Favorites
Just today our local news ran a segment about the game coming up and how to prepare super healthy game food.
They showed the usual chicken wings, chopped vegetables and salads, and a couple of dips.
Nothing was deep fried! Oh no. No chips or Doritos! Sigh.
There was a spicy tahini dip – a low carb delicious condiment for the vegetables.
A sour cream dip with pressed fresh garlic, lemon juice, shredded parmesan cheese and a touch of cayenne also made my mouth water.
For some crunch I use sliced almonds, or walnut or pecan bits in a salad.
Eat healthy recipes aren’t that hard to learn.
Low Cost Diet Plans
Personally I don’t think the popular diet plans are low cost at all! To compare:
- Weight Watchers – $3.07 to $18.45 per week (membership tiers)
- Weight Watchers is guidance and community, no food
- Nutrisystem – $257.53 for 4 weeks, the Basic Plan
- Nutrisystem – $275.99 for a Core Diabetes Plan (4 weeks)
- Mayo Clinic on line plan – $5 a week billed quarterly ($65.00)
- Mayo Clinic on line plan is recipes, guidance, but no food
- South Beach Plan – per day $9.89 for women, $11.21 for men
- bistr0MD has a variety of meal plans between $134.96 and $89.96 a week
Those quotes are shown today on The Consumers Advocate site.
Compare all those prices to just one $47 price for the whole No Nonsense Ted package which includes:
- One 185 page ebook
- Meal plans
- Videos of easy and efficient exercises (optional)
There are some add-ons you can get as you purchase but the basic package is HUGE!
So that’s a one time cost. There is also access to a site with a new monthly article about health and weight loss.
The biggest advantage is you will be buying, preparing and cooking your own food.
Don’t you think that’s an advantage? You are not just “going on a diet” and depriving yourself of satisfying meals to lower calorie counts.
You will be using your eat healthy recipes for the rest of your life!
You won’t be eating packaged foods with artificial flavors, colors and sweeteners that lack real nutrition and don’t fix metabolic syndrome (you can read more about that if you like) therefore keeping you burning fat all the time.
You are establishing a life style and that’s why this website is called “Weight Loss For Life”.
